French-speaking individuals looking to move to Canada outside of Quebec may be eligible under the Francophone Mobility Work Permit Program.

IEC participants (International Experience Canada) looking to extend their stay and continue working in Canada while working toward eligibility for permanent residency.
Workers currently residing in Quebec who wish to transition to permanent residence through the Express Entry system and require a work permit outside Quebec.
